Crafting is such a delightful hobby! This afternoon, I have compiled a small post filled with different tutorials I have found over the few weeks.
I have always wondered how to make a Daisy Chain; therefore, I did a little research and is it not appropriate to post this for May Day?
Here is my rendition of a rose wreath:
All I did was cut a branch full of white roses, and twist them into a wreath. Looks more like a Greek, Roman style crown. :)
Here is another tutorial on how to make a daisy chain:

Mother's Day is around the corner, and I thought I would post a few inspirational tutorials for you to make the perfect gift.
If you have time and a lot of patience, this is a beautiful little jewelry box for your special Mother.
This is SO cute! It is a fabric, hand-embroidered house that I know your Mother would love!
Plantable Seeded Paper Flowers
This is a really neat craft for you and your younger siblings, and a perfect gift for your Mother who is fond of gardening. The flowers have seeds in them, so you can be instantly ready to plant. And this craft is eco-friendly as well!
I think this is such a clever, simple gift!:)
What a cute idea!
Bev always has some pretty necklace tutorials that would be a lovely gift for Mother's Day.
This one is my favorite out of her necklace tutorials!:)
Why not make a bracelet that matches?
I love this tea towel!!!!
If you have a few extra beads or ribbon scraps, this would be a great project!
Aprons are always lovely gifts!
This would make a lovely gift for a Mom!
This would make a cute little cosmetic pouch, for your Mom's small travel-sized makeup.
Speaking of cosmetics, this would be a lovely gift, no?

ReplyDeleteThanks for all of the ideas and tutorials Grace! The picture of you is SO pretty!!:) Love the Daisie chain:))
ReplyDeleteHello Grace!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the neat Mother's Day gift ideas! They are very clever and I know that every mother would enjoy a gift like those!
We love making daisy chains! We do ours a little bit differently though. We take three flowers and start to braid them. Once a flower stem is low, we just add another flower into the braid and continue braiding until it's at the desired length! Then we intertwine the chain to make a circle!
Have a lovely day!
Blessings,
Bethany Ann
P.S. I wanted to let you know that you play the piano so beautifully! When I was on your site the other day, my Mom heard the background music you were playing and at first she couldn't believe it was you because it sounded so professional! :) You are very talented! :)
Aww, thank you so much, ladies!
ReplyDeleteDear Miss Bethany~
Awww! *giggles* That actually is not my playing in the background. I wish I did play the piano, though! Do you play?
May the Lord bless your day!
Love,
Grace
