Thoughts of Spring {Blog Party}

Photobucket

Okay, so this has been going around, and there is only one more day to join, so I thought, I would type some quick answers to-night, before to-morrow's due date!:)

Here it goes:
How would people describe your personality? (If they could only use ONE word.)
Hmm...that's a toughy! People have described me with MANY words including creative, optimistic {that I don't agree with;)}, but I describe myself as outgoing.
Are they right? Yup!

What celebrity/celebrities would create a “Star-Struck” feeling if you saw them in real life?
Romola Garai from Jane Austen's BBC production of Emma

Who is your favorite blogger? Hmm...I can't pick a fav.! I suppose you could say my most inspirational blogs I'm really liking right now, would be oh, Horsefeathers,
HorseFeathers
 Joyfull Girl Creations,
and
Pastor Girl Ponderings.
Why?
Because of the blog designs and photography!

What is your comfort food/drink?
Chai tea with extra cream and sugar,
Pasta,
And SO much more! I LOVE food!:)

Be brave – tell us something very random and weird about yourself.
Hmmm...I am a completely normal human being. Nothing that which I do, accomplish throughout my day, is not perfect. I am the picture of complete perfection to its highest extent!
Okay, if you didn't just read above and didn't get the message, I AM WEIRD. On the top of my head right now, I can't think of anything abnormal I do, but when I think of something {and there is something out there}... I might let you know.
Do you have a strong desire to do something you’ve never done? Yup! What is it?
Lots of things! I want to go to Paris, London, France, Vienna~Europe in general! I would like to meet the Duggars! Travel, learn how to sew, meet the Food Network chefs, cook an amazing five-star restaurant dish~extremely random things!
Movies: Action, Drama, Romantic Comedy, Documentary, Comedy? What are your favorite genres?
Comedy, Romance {I don't want the mush. Natasha;)}, Action?

Books: Fiction, Non-Fiction, Romance, Biographies, True Stories, Self-Help, Devotional/Study? What are your favorite types of reading material?
Historical, {sometimes romance} Christian fiction. I READ A LOT of historical fiction.

Music: Funk, Rock, Country, Jazz, Classical, Film Score, Blues, Classic Rock, Crooner, Alternative, Heavy Metal, Techno? What are your favorite types?

Classical, some contemporary Christian...I especially like Brian Crain for piano music.

If you inherited a million dollars, what is the first thing you would do with your money?
A million dollars? Really! I would first, give a lot of the money to our church, then plant a really BIG herb/vegetable garden, update our house, and with the money left over buy a few crafting supplies. Or, I might make an extension to our house with a crafting room!:)

Name one weakness of yours (confession is good for the soul).

Chocolate,

craft supplies {fabric, ribbon, lace, paper, paper cutouts [especially K&Co.},

Anything old fashion {trinkets, handkerchiefs, tea cups, antiques},

And sweet smelling soaps!
{and so much more!:)}

If you could live anywhere at all (and take all your loved ones with you), where would you go?
Italian or English countryside, perhaps?

Strange Talent? Can you juggle basketballs, put your legs behind your head or perform some other strange feat?
I can text with my toes! Just kidding!:p Hmm....do I have any strange talents, per say?

What’s something you consider yourself to be good at? (Don’t worry, it’s not bragging, it’s acknowledging a God given gift).

Sewing, crocheting, crafting, algebra, school in general, photography and playing the violin. I want to brush up on my languages {not that I've learned them yet;)} and my blogging design. Beware, I will be out their asking A LOT of blog designing tips!:)

What is one of your favorite things to catch a whiff of?
Lavender and roses! Lilacs sprinkled with dew! A fresh book and my leather journal! Fresh lemons! NOTHING compares to fresh lemons!

When you leave a social gathering, do you wish: You would have talked more or You would have talked less?
Talk less! I'm rambunctiously energetic at times!:)

If money wasn’t a factor, what stores would you shop in?
Ooo! Michaels, Jo-Annes, Edelweiss in Solvang, Birch, Reminisce {both in my hometown}, and so many more stores!
{AWESOME store!:)}

What is your greatest fear or strange phobia?
I have a "safe" fear of heights, snakes, oh, and POTATO BUGS. *shiver* Ugh, they are aliens {look them up and you will agree!} along with Horseshoe Crabs. Ugh, ugh, UGH!!! Get them away from me!!!
At least, I am not like Monk where he is afraid of frogs, milk, dirt, germs, and so much more along with having OCD.

What is your greatest accomplishment?
I'm good at memorization; I play the violin {one of the hardest instruments;)}; and I'm good at Algebra {and LOVE IT!}  What are your favorite animals?
Horses, dogs, cats, birds, etc. etc.  Are you a hopeless romantic?
No, I usually do not have my head in the clouds.  What movie or book character can you most relate to?
Hmm...that's a toughy! I'm not sure!:)

Blessings, ya'll!

I think these links disappear when the party ends, so since I will no longer be able to find your blog, please contact me and let me know if you are interested in me still reading your link and I can come back at another date and do so. I have throuly enjoyed learning about everyone I have read about so far and would love to know more about you too! Hope you have enjoyed the party...

  4. Hey Grace
    Quick question!
When you go to the civil war dances the homeschool group hosts, do you dance with guys you don't know, or do you just dress up and stand around and enjoy socializing with girls?

  5. Hello, Rachel!:)

Actually, I haven't been to the Civil War Ball, but I would like to go sometime. Have you? Hmmm...if I did go, I might obtain enough courage to dance with a boy. ;) Other than that, I would probably be in my friend's {girls} from the homeschool group company.

    <3,

  7. Nice to come back and meet you mnore properly since the links didn't disappear. The violin is quite an accomplishment I guess. Thanks for saying it is one of the hardest insturments because it makes me feel not so bad for not practicing and not getting to be in the concert when i was in the fourth grade...
