valentine's day is but less than a week away! it seems that every night, once dinner has been tidied up and lessons have been stowed away, out comes the flurry of cardstock and stickers and bright pink felt and baker's twine, brown paper and ribbon, hearts, to make up sweet little packages to be sent to dear friend across the country...

  3. love the mini origami hearts. and that cushion is the sweetest! my hands have been very busy making jewelry for my new etsy shop. I just finished some wire heart rings, and then listed them. Have a lovely day!

  6. These are lovely little crafts! Right now I'm not crafting as much as I would like because the amount of schoolwork that I have to do has increased. I hope it lightens up soon. :)

  8. My family has never done anything for Valentine's Day, so I am not doing any Valentine's crafts. However, I'm still crafting! The pattern for my current project is online here: http://www.coatsandclark.com/Crafts/Knitting/Projects/AfghansThrows/LW1389+Bear+Claw+Throw.htm I'm well over half done, and looking forwards to finishing it. I started it a few years ago, and baby blankets interrupted. :)

  9. So beautiful, Grace! ::smiles:: As for projects, the last thing I worked on was something called a 'Dream Jar'. It was quite fun!

  10. I adore the little origami hearts! I like making the little origami stars but have not seen this particular pattern. They are just adorable! My little granddaughters would love to have a little dish of these!

I'm not usually a fan of pink, but these are quite cute!

  11. I discovered a little package from you in my mail box last week containing some of the above things (oragami hearts and a felt heart sachet stuffed with lavender)! It was very sweet of you to think of me! Thank you for the package!

    Love You~
